Brown and Carter Management Group (BCMG) is a family-owned and operated business founded in 2018 to help marginalized communities start, grow, and expand their businesses.

Co-founders Ashley and Lindsey Butler recognized the pressing need for enhanced business support for communities of color, women, and LGBTQIA2S+ entrepreneurs. Drawing from their extensive expertise, they embarked on a journey to assist historically excluded individuals in realizing their aspirations. Through their endeavors, they discovered that access to both Commercial and Residential property was a primary concern for the communities they served.

This realization profoundly influenced the direction BCMG would take. Understanding the complexities of real estate without knowledge or guidance can be daunting. Now in its fifth year of operation, BCMG is dedicated to bridging this gap and aiding under-represented communities in entering the property market. Whether acquiring or leasing Commercial spaces for launching, expanding, or growing your business or buying and selling residential properties, Brown and Carter Management Group is committed to guiding you through each step of the process.

Joining Ashley and Lindsey in this family venture are their daughter Kaya Liden, and Ashley's brother, Brian Butler, who bring a collective experience of over 50 years. Along with family, the company collaborates with established partners to expand our business capacity to support projects.

Our group shares a passionate commitment to helping small business owners flourish. Beyond property assistance, BCMG offers a comprehensive suite of business support services, including business plan development, pro forma analysis, project oversight, social engagement, marketing and branding.
